Front desk:
We are available daily from 9am to 9pm.
Sauna area:
Open in winter (22.12.-20.03.) daily from 3pm to 7pm.
Our wellness area is a quiet zone and therefore reserved exclusively for adults (16 years and older)
Arrival/departure:
Check In from 3 pm to 6 pm and Check out until 10 am.
Early check in or late check out available on request and for an extra charge.
Double room for single occupancy:
When booking a double room for a single guest, there is a surcharge of 20.00 EUR per day for each category.
Child discount:
Children accommodated in your room receive a discount of 10%. (up to 14 years)
Valid only for children staying in their parents' room incl. children's menu.

Non smoking rooms:
Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms, as well as in all public areas. The hotel is a non-smoking hotel.

Please understand that we can accept room cancellations in writing only. Cancellations or early departures are subject to the Austrian Hotel Regulations..
On the European Travel Insurance website, you may take out insurance directly to insure yourself against possible expenses in case of cancellations.
